Sarah's Free Utility Tools ("we", "our", "us", "Sarah's Free Utils") provides a collection of free, browser-based utility tools. Sarah's Free Utility Tools offers a suite of online tools including but not limited to: character counters, PDF utilities (compress, merge, split, reorganize, images to PDF), Unicode font generator (fancy text), random draw/raffle picker, checklist generator, compound interest calculator & fortune cookie, QR code generator & reader, color picker & palette generator, CSS text animator, emoji to PNG converter, and tarot card selector.

Critical Notice: All tools operate entirely within your web browser using JavaScript — no files are uploaded to our servers, and no personal data is collected, stored, or processed by us. The processing happens locally on your device. We have zero access to your files, texts, or any content you process.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool, feature, or the entire Site at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.

3. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree to use Sarah's Free Utility Tools only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

6. Limitation of Liability

We cannot be held responsible for any data loss, corruption, or security breach that may occur on your device as a result of using our tools, including but not limited to hardware failures, operating system issues, malware, or any other local factors. You are solely responsible for backing up any important files before processing them with our tools.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil.
